McFarland Homes was founded by Hoover, AL native, Zach McFarland. Zach began his real estate career in residential new construction in 2016 at the age of 19. In February of 2018, he was named the youngest real estate professional in Alabama to earn the Broker designation. Since 2016, Zach has managed over 100 contracts for families building and purchasing their new home all over the Birmingham market. Over the last 4 years, Zach has led McFarland Homes in building homes in various areas of the Birmingham-Metro including Hueytown, Hoover, and Helena, and plans to bring more single family homes to communities across the Birmingham area.
Today, Zach thoughtfully applies his knowledge of real estate and the housing market, space planning and interior design, land development, and quality home construction to each project.
